TMAA Consults provides engineering education and career consulting. Every instructor and mentor is a practising engineer who builds and secures production systems in their day job.
Why we work the way we do
Employers don't hire engineers for what they have watched. They hire them for what they can build, run and fix under real conditions.
Our instructors work as cloud, platform, security and data engineers in industry. They teach the tools and practices they use in production every week, which is why every programme is built around hands-on labs rather than lectures alone.
The same people provide our career consulting. When they review your CV, mentor you or support you in a new role, you are hearing from engineers who hire and work alongside engineers, not from career coaches reading from a script.
How we operate
Real systems, real tools
Our labs use the same stack our instructors run in production every week: Linux, AWS, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes and Prometheus.
Clear scope, published prices
Course fees are on the website. Career consulting starts with a written scope and fee, agreed before we begin.
Independence is the goal
Whether you join a cohort or work with a mentor, the aim is that you leave able to do the work confidently on your own.
